Postage costs are £3.95 for all European orders and £4.95 for all other International destinations.

The following does not affect your statutory rights.
If you receive an item and it is faulty, please return it for a full refund.
If you have received an item and it is unsuitable it may be returned, unused and in original condition, for a refund (excluding shipping charges). We are also happy to make exchanges provided we have the desired item(s) in stock. Re-shipping charges will be applied in the case of exchanges, (unless, of course, we are at fault).
Returns may only be credited back to the card used to make the original purchase. Gifts may be exchanged, returned for store credit, or credited back to purchasers credit card. We cannot issue a refund to the gift recipient.
We trade in accordance with the Consumer Protection (distance selling) regulations 2000 (SI 2000 No.2334).
The Regulations provide a cooling off period and an unconditional right to cancel during that period. The cooling off period starts the day after receipt of goods for seven working days.
Order may be cancelled in writing (by email, fax or by post). Please ensure you do this before returning the item(s) in accordance with the regulations and to assist with your return being dealt with swiftly.
If you decide to cancel then you will have to return the goods to us unused and with all the original labels intact and you have a "duty of care" over the item(s) until they are returned to us, you will also have to pay the costs of returning the goods to us and to take reasonable care to see they are received by us. If you cancel within the period given above then we will credit your credit/debit card within 14 business days of the goods being received in the condition stated above.
Please return goods promptly.
After 28 days no credit will be given.
Returning goods from outside the UK
Goods being returned to the UK will incur duty charges unless Customs and Excise are made aware that your parcel is being returned to the UK and is not an import into this country.
Please do not return goods without contacting us first. If you do send goods back without using our returns procedure and customs charge duty then this will be deducted from your credit.
